We specialise in complete facade and exterior renovations. By redesigning the exterior, we can completely change the way a home presents and performs, improving its function, street presence and overall character.
Facade and exterior renovations are a core part of our work, but our experience extends well beyond the exterior. As builders and carpenters, we also deliver broader renovations, additions and internal works, with close attention to detailing, material selection and finish.

We work with architects and designers as part of the process, so the facade is properly resolved before construction begins, with materials, proportions and key details considered before work commences.

From the first conversation, you deal directly with an owner of the business who remains your primary contact through quoting, planning and construction.
We deal with what we uncover
Older facades can conceal hidden rot, poor framing and water damage. If we uncover an issue, we explain it clearly, discuss the cost and agree on the next step before any additional work proceeds. No unexpected variation charges after the work is complete.

Site visit
We meet you on site, walk through the project and discuss what you’re looking to achieve. You’ll get a straightforward view of what’s involved and how we would approach the work.
Scope and quote
We provide a clear, itemised scope so you understand exactly what’s included and what you’re paying for. Any known risks, allowances or potential additional costs are identified and discussed before work begins.
Build
Stephen or Jim manages the site. You’re dealing directly with an owner of the business throughout construction. If something unexpected is uncovered, we discuss it with you before any additional work proceeds.
Handover
Your project is completed, followed by a final walkthrough before handover, ensuring the finished result reflects your vision and the standard we pride ourselves on

Before you call
Do you only do exterior work?
No. Facade and exterior renovations are our specialty, but we are licensed builders and carpenters who also handle full renovations, extensions, structural alterations and detailed carpentry.
What size jobs do you take on?
Most of our projects start from around $50,000. We’re set up for substantial renovation and building work rather than small repairs or maintenance jobs.
Where do you work?
Sutherland Shire, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, and south towards Illawarra and the Southern Highlands.
Do I need plans or an architect before I call?
No. If you already have plans, we can work from them. If you don’t, we can help develop the design and coordinate what is required before construction begins.
